Introduction

The complex global environment in which we now operate brings a wide range of challenges yet our responses to these need not be conventional. Organisations desire multi-skilled leaders. Besides possessing the technical expertise, the organisations value leaders who can effectively manage people, deal with significant changes, manage clients and comprehend the intricacies of their respective markets, industries and businesses.
